Hi, I’m Emma Ferris.

I am a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who works with fabulous women (and a handful of awesome fellas!) who want the convenience and control they experience working with me online from the comfort of their own homes. I offer a variety of programs available either 1:1 or in group sessions both in person and online.

I’m currently running a 6-week online program where you’ll receive weekly exercise videos that you can do in your own time from the comfort of your house. The program is $250, and you’ll receive 5 videos a week – 2 low-impact, 2 high-impact and 1 strength challenge workouts. For more information, send me a message on the Contact page.

I contacted Emma after noticing I needed some extra help working on my cardiovascular fitness & the idea of being able to do it from home was ideal. Since training with Emma, I have fallen pregnant & after a rough first trimester, Emma has openly catered to help me regain my fitness as I entered my second trimester. I love training with Emma one on one. I love the variety of our sessions and that I am never bored or feel like we are simply repeating programs over and over. Every session is completely different and Emma mixes it up from high to low intensity as well as somewhere in between. I have managed to hit most of my weight and fitness goals and am grateful to Emma for assisting me on this journey.
